Mille Lacs Island Resort News & Update Welcome!! This page is designed to keep our current Members, Tenants and Guests informed of important items and updates at the Resort. Tenant Fall Updates - (updated
October 18th)
WATER IS NOW SHUT-OFF THROUGHOUT THE PARK FOR THE WINTER! THE RESTROOMS IN THE MAIN CLUBHOUSE ARE NOW OPEN 24 HOURS A DAY FOR USAGE. AS OF OCTOBER 15TH ALL POWER TO UNITS MUST NOW BE TURNED OFF WHEN NOT OCCUPYING YOUR UNIT AS STATED IN THE RULES AND REGULATIONS.
New Park Model Home Development -
Construction was completed in Spring of 2010 on the New 49 site Park Model Home Development. Many are now enjoying these beautiful sites. Any park model homes that are purchased from our Resort Park Model Home Sales have the ability to choose a site in this beautiful new development. If anyone would like more information, please contact us. If anyone purchases an in-stock unit prior to October 31st of this year they will receive their 2012 lease free ($2,000 Value).
Storage Area -
As of April 15, 2011 all items are required to renew their fee and be registered with the office. Please stop in the office to receive a copy of these policies and rates. Any items not registered or left on your site without payment will be billed and suspend usage of the resort until payment is made. Also any units placed in storage must have current insurance and current state registration. Forest Hills Resort - Detroit Lakes We are now in our 6th year at our newest resort in Detroit Lakes which has available Seasonal Lease Sites. Forest Hills is now our home park for our entire membership and host for affiliate guests of Coast to Coast, AOR & RPI. If in that area, visit our great restaurant IZZO's!! Forest Hills is a full service resort with an 18 hole championship golf course, 18 hole extreme miniature golf course, indoor pool and much more.
